• There is an emergency call system in the disabled toilet
• Hand-washing and drying facilities are within reach of someone on a wheelchair/scooter

In Newton Dee, we have the Newton Dee Cafe which is open during the day not open in the evening or on Sunday.
Up the road on North Deeside Road, there is the Bieldside Inn.

Newton Dee Village has farming fields at the river Dee and there are nice walks along the river. The Old Ferry Road continues into a track that gives access to the river.

We have been promoting NEAT Performances from I would think around 2008. Russ Pooler has been the main promoter in cooperation with the Cultural Group here in Newton Dee. My name is Willemien Erenga and I have been taking over the main promoter role from Russ for a few years now.

We live and work in Newton Dee, which is a Community of around 200 people of which 84 are Adults with Special Needs. We work with a Cultural Group and interested members of our community to choose around 4 shows per term.

Since we are so many people we all have different tastes and interests and we do like the variety that NEAT offers. My personal tastes include classical singing therefore Kathleen Ferrier, Ethel Smith, and Virginia Woolf have been on my list of favourites.
