Are you an ambitious and motivated Creative Practitioner?

We’re seeking talented individuals to join our pool of Freelance Creative Learning & Development Practitioners who will have the skills and experience to deliver bespoke sessions as part of three new Learning & Development Programmes we are currently developing.

As part of the team, you can help our Volunteer Promoters become more sustainable, for example, by improving their community engagement skills, developing their funding application writing skills, strengthening their governance procedures, understanding the value of equality, diversity and inclusion, learning about licensing and legal responsibilities, or how to deliver effective social media campaigns.

If you have a technical background, you can assist our Volunteers in using their equipment more effectively and safely or advise them on what equipment they need to improve their venue.

Whether you’re an artist, director, choreographer, writer, poet, set designer, filmmaker, photographer, or possess any other artistic skill, you can help bring about social change. Additionally, we’d love to hear from you if you have experience or specialist skills in supporting vulnerable groups’ well-being and mental health through creative interventions.

Sessions may be delivered online or in person; they may be one-off or a series of sessions.

At NEAT, we are proud to be a Disability Confident Employer. Our team strives to support the needs of working parents, and we are always open to hearing about any other access or concerns that may deter you from submitting your services to our pool. We prioritise taking reasonable steps to ensure that everyone feels included and valued in their engagement with us.

We believe in fair pay to support a vibrant and sustainable creative sector. Please ensure your fee is at least the industry minimum and reflects your experience. Also, consider that you are happy to fix your fee until 31 March 2025.
