Trajectories is back for 2025!
Scottish Youth Theatre is delighted to start the new year with the return of Trajectories, a fully supported early-career artist development programme -applications are now open!
They are seeking 6 Young Artists, aged 18-28, on the cusp of a career in theatre and the arts to participate in the programme, which will run in 2 phases, from March to May 2025 and May to November 2025, through a combination of in-person and online workshops, masterclasses and rehearsals.
Phase 1 will culminate in a showcase of your work with a public audience in Edinburgh in April 2025.
Selected artists will receive:
- A trainee bursary of £2,000
- Access and wellbeing support
- Dedicated time with a professional producer from SYT
- Personal professional development planning
- Travel costs
- Accommodation fund (for those living a distance from Edinburgh)
- A production budget of £150 to spend on making your work
- Opportunity to pitch for an additional £500 to further develop your work in Phase 2
