Newsletter & Mailing List

If you sign up to our Mailing List / Newsletter you will be required to provide the following information

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Postcode

We will use this information to

  • send you regular updates about NEAT events and developments
  • improve the service we provide

We will not share personal information with third parties; however, we may share/use anonymised data for statistical reasons.

We will retain your data until you decide to unsubscribe from our Mailing List

Online Ticketing

We offer online tickets via TicketSource.

During your transaction, you can view their

  • Customer Purchase Policy
  • Privacy Policy

During your booking, you will have to provide the following information

  • Name
  • Address
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Your payment details

You will also have the option to provide further information.

North East Arts Touring only have access to the following information

  • Your name
  • Your address
  • Your email
  • Your telephone (if provided)
  • Your declaration that you would like to receive future details about NEAT events (if ticked)
  • Your purchase history

We do not have access to your payment details.

We only have access to your personal details and purchase history within a financial year (April – March). TicketSource automatically archive your details annually and you should visit www.ticketsource.co.uk for further details about their Data Protection Policy.

We may use your data to improve our service or contact you regarding any issues concering the event. If you have opted to be kept informed we may contact you about future events and developments.

We will not share your personal information with third parties; however, we may share/use anonymised data for statistical or development reasons.

Feedback, Surveys and Competitions

Occasionally North East Arts Touring may provide feedback forms at events or circulate online surveys to collect statistical information regarding our audience.

This information may require personal information or it may be anonymous demographic information.

We will use this information for development reasons such as identifying the need for service we provide, highlighting the social impact of our work or as statistical data in a funding application.

North East Arts Touring will not use information that can identify an individual without prior consent, we may use anonymised data.

The information you provide will only be retained for a reasonable period or for as long as funders or legal requirements stipulate.

Social Media

When you follow us on Social Media your account will be visible to us and we will only have access to the information you allow under your account settings.

We will monitor our social media activity via analytics and may use an anonymised data for statistical reasons when seeking funding, reporting to funders or for organisational development.

North East Arts Touring uses analytics to monitor website traffic in order to improve the service we provide.

We will not share your information with third parties.

Your personal details will only remain visible to us whilst you continue to interact with our social media platforms. We do not hold any other records of your personal data regarding social media usage.

Correspondence

If you correspond with us via post or electronically your personal data and content will be kept confidential.

We will only share your personal data if there’s a reasonable need to do so in order to respond or to deal with the issue.

All paper and electronic correspondence will be deleted upon closure, unless there’s a legal or binding need to keep the information for a specific period.

Any correspondence received in support of the organisation may be kept and used as supporting evidence as part of funding applications. If we receive uninvited correspondence in support of our work we will assume that permission is granted for us to use that information positively to advance our work.
