DIRECTOR
Citymoves Board Trustees seek to engage an energetic Director with knowledge of the arts and/or cultural sector, and a track record of successful business delivery.
The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the of the organisation, creating a secure and financially sound foundation for future growth, and positioning it artistically to fulfil its vision; ‘to make a difference through dance in the North East of Scotland’.
Citymoves is well established in Aberdeen City and as an independent dance agency there is great potential for broadening its scope, reach and reputation, regionally, nationally and potentially internationally.
This is a position with both challenges and opportunities that will need energy, imagination, business acumen and strong leadership abilities.

A committee, consisting of members of the Board, Creative Scotland and Aberdeen City Council, will review applications and invite a short-list of applicants to interview.
